Well, today is my first official day as a stay-at-home mom. The overnight transition from working to staying home was anti-climactic, but this day has been a good day. I was able to enjoy my time with Asher and not be stressed about work I needed to get done. We threw the ball, played with trains, and read lots of books. And I had time during his nap to do some guilt-free-because-I-don't-need-to-be-working organizing. Plus, I was able to enjoy the beautiful bouquet that Michael and Asher sent me on my last day of work.
