I have issues. Well, lots of them. But there's one in particular:
Have you tried the Archer Farms brand of chocolate cookie mix? THEY ARE DELICIOUS.
I like to eat too much. Like way too much. Like the cookies you see in the picture above will be gone by tomorrow.
I hate to exercise. That's a big problem. Well, that combined with enjoying eating a little too much. I tried running for a while. And I built up to about 30 minutes straight, which is pretty good for me. And I joined weight watchers for a few months earlier this year and got down to (well, below for a little while) my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm hovering there still, but would like to get to where I was a few years ago, which means some more poundage to go.
Anyway, I think I'm done running. I.H.A.T.E.I.T. I tried to like it. I really really did. But I'm over it. And my knees are over it. Especially my right knee that cracks 5 times with every step up or down stairs.
So I decided that I'd walk for 30 minutes a day. On the treadmill or outside with Asher. That went well for two days. But I took today off. The third day I took off. Ugh. I'm not sure that an exercise program exists out there that I am able to stick to.
Maybe I'll pick walking back up tomorrow?
